WHAT IS RYC LEVEL 2?
Level 2 is a continuation of the RYC journey you’ve already started. It’s:
A deeper dive into the movements and concepts you’re already familiar with, helping you refine and strengthen the foundation you’ve built in Level 1.
Jumping right in: Without needing to revisit the slower foundational work, we can dive into the exercises and progressions that will challenge and excite you while still supporting your body.
More progress, same format: The same supportive, structured classes you know, but with new layers and challenges that meet you where you are.
The next step toward moving with confidence, ease, and strength—not just in class, but in everyday life.
Level 2 is about building momentum and continuing to support your body in a way that feels doable and empowering.
