MY STORY
I have been teaching online exercise classes for Frum women for years. Women consistently tell me how much better they feel when they learn how to move in ways that support their bodies. They love the classes and the results, and many asked for videos they could follow again or access they could keep using throughout their pregnancy.
Over time I saw how often schedules changed, recordings expired, or life simply got in the way. Even the most committed women needed something flexible that could support them week after week. That is when I realized the problem was not motivation. It was access.

The reason I created this new format is because I want my signature Prenatal Program to truly support women through real life pregnancy. Making it on demand allows you to move on your own schedule and return to the material as your body changes, without pressure or expiration dates.

This program is still perfect for you. You will get the same style of classes you loved, broken into shorter follow along videos, and you will have access for an entire year. You can repeat the movements as often as you want and you will get new classes as the library grows.

Its been a while since I exercised. Can I still do this?
Yes. You do not need to be fit or consistent to start. These classes support a functional pregnancy, so they work whether you are easing back into movement or already active. You can go at your own pace, and many women begin after a long break and still notice real improvements in how they feel.
Is it too late to start if I am already far along? Is it too early to begin?
Not at all! You can start this program at any point in your pregnancy. If you are early on, you will build supportive habits that carry you through the months ahead. If you are farther along, even small shifts in how you move can make a big difference in how you feel.
