Why should I become a referral partner?

By becoming a referral partner, you’re not just sharing a class—you’re helping more frum women feel stronger, more supported, and better in their bodies.

There is nothing more important to me than making sure every frum woman has access to the guidance, support, and movement that can help her feel her best.

When you share with your community or refer a friend, you’re not just earning a reward—you’re joining me in this mission. You’re helping more women experience the benefits of moving in a way that truly supports them.

How do I get paid?

You’ll receive 15% via paypal or as class credit for every first-time client who signs up using your referral link. This offer applies only to new clients who have never taken a paid class before.

Your friend must sign up using your unique link (this is the only way the system can track your referrals.)

There is a 30-day waiting period before commissions are paid out. After the waiting period, please allow 5 business days for payment processing.

Payouts are available via paypal or as class credit, which can be applied toward a future class.

What can I share?

You can share your unique referral link and let friends know they can use code REFER to get $10 off their first class.

You can share it however you prefer - through WhatsApp, text, email, or even in conversation with friends who might benefit from the class. Many women share in mom groups, community chats, or online spaces where women discuss core and pelvic floor health, pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

The most effective referrals come from personal recommendations. If you’ve benefited from the class, a simple message like, “This class really helped me, here’s a discount if you want to try it” can go a long way.

What happens after I submit my email?

You’ll receive an email with all the details, including your unique referral link and instructions on how to share. Be sure to save that email so you can easily access your link whenever you need it.

You’ll also be added to our referral partner list, so you’ll get occasional updates, sharing tips, and reminders about upcoming class enrollments.
